Lime Chipotle Hummus
1 can garbanzo beans, drained & rinsed, liquid reserved
3 Tbsp lime juice
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp chipotle chili powder (more or less to taste)
What you do: Place all ingredients in food processor, adding about 1/4 cup of the reserved bean liquid. Pulse / process until smooth. You may need to scrape down the bowl a few times.
