White Bean Hummus

White Bean Hummus

1.5 cups white beans

juice of 1 lemon

2 cloves garlic

2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

1 Tbsp. dried basil

1 tsp curry powder

If using canned beans, drain & rinse.  Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.

Enjoy as a dip for fresh vegetables.
