Grinning Gorilla Ice “Dream”
2 to 3 frozen bananas
1/2 c. non-dairy milk
1 heaping Tbsp cacoa or cocoa powder
2 Tbsp peanut butter
What to do:
Chill a mixing bowl for later.
In a blender, blend the non-dairy milk and dates until dates are finely ground.
Add the bananas and cocoa powder and blend until creamy
Pour the mixture into your chilled mixing bowl and add the peanut butter. Stir with a spoon leaving some chunks.
Spoon into serving dishes and enjoy!
