Caramel Pecan Ice “Dream”
What you do:
Blend bananas and soy or almond milk together in high-powered blender until smooth and creamy.
Stir in chopped pecans and date caramel just until incorporated, do not over mix.
Eat as soft serve or place in the freezer for about 30 minutes until it’s a little firmer. Enjoy!
* Freeze ripe bananas at least 12 hours in advance. To freeze bananas, peel, cut in thirds and wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
