Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

2 handfuls spinach

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1/2 cup to 3/4 cup non-dairy milk

1 frozen banana

4 to 6 dates

1 Tbsp walnuts

1 Tbsp ground flaxseed

splash of vanilla

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/2 tsp ceylon cinnamon

What you do:  Put all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until creamy and smooth.  You may need to use the tamper to move the ingredients into the blades.  Add more or less milk depending on the consistency you prefer.
