Green Chai Smoothie

Serves: 1

3/4 cup water

4 dates

10 almonds

1 frozen banana, broken up

1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/4 tsp cardamom

2 handfuls of spinach

What you do: Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
